PoemsI will say that for me at least, writing poems is directly related to how unhappy I am feeling. When I was very sad and lonely, poetry seemed like a good thing to me. I haven't been sad and lonely in the same way since I met and married the love of my life. Now that I have children, its not obvious if they are ever going to leave me (at least I hope not for some years).
