2/9/99: New page about the first 30 records released by Windham Hill Records, 1976 to 1983.

10/15/98: New page Best Movies: 1980, 1981, 1982 I saw a lot of movies in those years, and some of them were very good.

10/5/98: New page about Michael Brook, the Canadian guitarist/producer.

9/15/98: New page about Ultima Online, after one year of playing the game.

9/14/98: New page on the science fiction novels of Simon Green.

9/13/98: Version 3.0 of the site is finally done! Revisions to many of the pages and a new look. New pages on Loreena McKennitt, new pages on movies, etc.

8/23/98: Added a review of Heaven's Reach by David Brin, the final book in his latest Uplift Trilogy. It is good, but not perfect.

8/21/98: Added a review of Dan Simmon's The Rise of Endymion which is very good.

5/6/98: Revised my page on William Ackerman (new CD reviewed), my page on Guy Kay (nicer comments about him), finally my big essay on Babylon 5, Season 4, and a link to my page about my Ultima Online Guild. UO has been a huge time sink for the last 8 months which is why updates have been so few and far between. Sorry...

2/20/98: Revised my page on Robert Van Gulik (I've read almost all the novels now). Also, I changed the spacing on all the frames. Should look better now.

1/4/98: The Music of Michael Hedges. Hedges died at the end of 1997 and I offer a summary of his music.

6/21/97: Mystery novels by Robert Van Gulik reviewed. Judgee Dee Mystery novels (historical mystery novels set in T'ang dynasty China).

4/6/97: Novels by Tad Williams reviewed. Memory, Sorrow, and Thorn (fantasy trilogy) and Otherland (science fiction).

4/6/97: Novels by Mark Helprin reviewed. Winter's Tale, A Soldier of the Great War and others.

3/15/97: Old books by Guy Gavriel Kay reviewed: the Fionavar Tapestry (consisting of The Summer Tree, The Wandering Fire, and The Darkest Road).

3/10/97: Massive change to the site, all new user interface design, use of frames, use of JavaScript, whole new sections added (Fantasy, Warfare, and User Interface Design).
